Welcome to the Terms & Conditions page for Johns AutoDrive School Of Motoring. Here, you'll find important information regarding our services, your responsibilities as a student, and our policies. Please read this carefully to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience with us.
Booking, changes & cancellations
To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all our students at Johns AutoDrive School Of Motoring, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your driving lessons. Bookings can be made at your convenience. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, you will unfortunately still be charged for the full lesson fee.
Payments & refunds
At Johns AutoDrive School Of Motoring, we offer flexible payment options for your convenience. You can pay for your lessons using either cash or via bank transfer. Should you need a refund or need to cancel a booking, please ensure that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will mean you will not be entitled to a refund.
Student responsibilities
Before your first lesson with Johns AutoDrive School Of Motoring takes place, we will request all the necessary information, including details regarding your provisional licence. Ensuring that we have this information beforehand helps us tailor your lessons effectively and ensures a safe and legal learning environment.
Important information before you start
Pupils at Johns AutoDrive School Of Motoring must acknowledge and agree that if they cancel their booking with less than 48 hours' notice, they will not be entitled to a refund. In the event of sudden illness (such as Covid or Flu) or other unforeseen domestic matters, cancelling under 48 hours will result in charge of half the lesson fee. For example, for a two-hour lesson, one hour will be charged.
